Frequently Asked Questions
What are the payment options?
Currently we accept payment through Wix, PayPal, and Venmo for all purchases made through the website.
To Venmo me, simply check out as you would normally, and select "pay using a different method" in check out. You should be provided a link directly to my Venmo Business Account, but just in case, you can access my Venmo using the QR code below.
What is your return policy?
To reduce our carbon footprint when it comes to shipping and packaging materials, and due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns on any soaps, cleaning items, face masks (including clay and/or pollen/honey). However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we offer full refunds, or will work to get the correct, undamaged product to you as quickly as possible, at no charge.
Clothing items, including jewelry, totes, hats, etc., are all returnable/refundable. Upon a refund/return request, you may be asked what is wrong with the item and/or why you are requesting a refund/return. In order to proceed with your return/refund request, please respond to this message as quickly as possible. The return/refund process will not move forward until a response is received.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer physical gift cards, as gift cards contain plastic and end up in the landfill. However, we do offer a Gift Card option online.
Hover your mouse over "Shop All" and a drop down will appear allowing you to select "Gift Card". But, to make life easier, you can also just click Gift Card and be redirected to that page. Enjoy!
How do you ship products in an eco-friendly manor?
Thanks for asking! All of our padded mailers are either recyclable or compostable depending on size. All tissue paper is recycled/reused and/or biodegradable/compostable. We also use current postal routes already in use to reduce the footprint our postal workers have to travel. Although this may cause delays in our shipping times, we know our clients value this planet and understand a few additional days may be necessary in reducing overall pollution.
